1st YEAR
Establish vocational training programs in three (3) disciplines driven by regional indicators
Graduate ten (10) students per program
Implement fund raising strategic plan
Launch web page/social media sites
` Develop donor data base
Solicit acquisition of undeveloped land or commercial or residential buildings
Develop nonprofit partners data base
Develop data base for job placement of vocational students
Begin designing & development of k-12 educational system
Begin design & development of community/mini-schools buildings
Begin design & development of solar generation systems
Develop community outreach program
Add staff as necessary
Review five (5) year plan add one (1) year
2nd YEAR
Monitor/improve fund raising strategy
Expand vocational training programs to five (5) disciplines w/ ten (10) students per program to include second location w/three (3) programs and ten students per program
Launch entrepreneurial training and business start up programs in partnership with other non profits for micro funding
Renovate donated structures through use of vocational training students
Begin construction of mini school/community center
Open mini school/community center to first k-12 classes
Install first solar electric generation system
Award US scholarships to five (5) students to vocational or technical colleges
Implement community outreach programs in multiple locations
Develop emergency response teams
Add staff as necessary
Review five (5) year plan add one (1) year
3rd YEAR
Expand vocational training programs to seven (7) disciplines w/ ten (10) students per program in multiple locations
Graduate students and secure jobs in the private sector or assist them in business start-ups
Develop multiple locations for solar electric generation systems
Develop multi sites for mini school/community centers
Develop multi location renovation of donated structures
Award US scholarships to ten (10) students to vocational or technical colleges
