Solar
Polaris Foundation Inc. has designed and will be installing solar powered electric generation systems for both residential and commercial applications. The unique features of the systems are their plug-n-play capabilities and containment within hurricane resistant concrete enclosures, which quickly and effectively protect all components including the panels from the devastating effects of extreme wind, rain and flying debris. This allows for redeploying immediately following storms.

Structure
Renovation
Polaris Foundation Inc. is utilizing a business model which includes partial funding through methods other than grants or donations. We procure donated commercial or residential structures or, contract with private owners, our renovation service at attractive rates. This capital, in addition to funds earned from leasing or selling property owned by Polaris Foundation Inc. helps reduce the need for traditional non-profit fund raising. Several of our vocational training programs incorporate on-the-job instructions within this model.
